Okay, I admit it, I'm far from a technical expert. In fact, an abacus has been known to stretch my intellect.
But here's something I just cannot get my head around.
I have installed TOMTOM Navigator on my IPAG 2210. I have placed the Drivers on the machine too for the Rikaline 6010. Only, when I got to the USBTOOLS directory to check if installation has been okay, opening it reveals the statement "The Application you have launched requires Microsoft eMbedded Visual Basic Runtime to be installed".
It then suggests I download the files via "tap here" - of course, I do that but it can't find them.
So, I don't know if the installation has worked okay or not.
Is it just a question of keeping everything plugged in and hoping all will be well on a very long car journey?
Yours assistance appreciated,
Alex |

Wait, wait. Are you saying that your 6010 has a USB connector? _________________ Lutz

.... well, it is supposed to be running from "COM1". Is it as daft as it doesn't need the Rikaline software loading?
