Receiver Battery

Following on from an earlier post about being unable to get a fix recently although my mouse is plugged in to the cigar lighter permanently, the lighter switches off when the ignition is off and due to the fact that i only take short journeys most of the time will the mouse be getting enough charge. Do i need to replace a battery.

These buffer batteries are not replaceable. Either live with it or get a new receiver.
