Problem with Destinator 3 instalation on HP iPAQ rx 3715

Hello!
May be anybody can help me.
I try to install "Destinator3" on my Pocket PC HP iPAQ rx3715, but without any success.
During installation I got message: "unknown type of processor or OS" and program closed.
I don't understand, it's new Pocket PC with new OS - Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.
What I have to do?

Try to run the installation directly on the Pocket PC. Copy the CAB file over (via ActiveSync or to a storage card) and then tap on it in Pocket File explorer.

Are you using the latest version 3.0.75?
