Coordinate Converting

If i have coordinates in MinDec format, how can i convert it to the DMS format used by software like TomTom?

You'll find there's a lot of coordinate conversion freeware about.
If you want to do it on a Pocket PC, one option is to download the utility I wrote for converting between GPS and Ordnance Survey coordinates. You can input a lat/long in degrees, or in degrees & minutes, or in degrees minutes & seconds, and see it converted into all three and into an OS grid reference. It's available here:
