newbie help please!!!!!

Trying to install the Uk postcodes program on www.digiguide.co.uk but as I am new to all this I have got stumped!!! Can anybody help me with this please:

"Finally, create a shortcut to ukpostcode.exe and drag it to the "Windows\Start Menu\Programs" folder on the PocketPC (don't drop it in \windows\programs - it won't appear anywhere). This allows you to use the usual PocketPC method to attach ukpostcode to one of your hardware keys, or make it appear in your main menu"

i assume u have created folder called "ukpostcode" if so right click on the "ukpostcode" folder and create a shortcut...this shortcut created will now appear next to the "ukpostcode"folder that u just created..then left click on shortcut and drag it to your desktop...then locate the windows folder on your device...ie my pocket pc..in here u will find a folder called "startmenu" drag the shortcut u created from your desktop earlier into this "startmenu" folder...u can then select shortcut to uk postcode from your start menu on your device....good luck :D
