I thought that it only worked with the TomTom Bluetooth receiver, although I stand to be corrected. |

You should make sure the Leadtek works at all - use some other GPS app for the Nokia to make sure you get data through. If all works, TomTom should work, too. _________________ Lutz

try completely removing the receiver setup amd then re-pair etc. At least on the Windows Smartphone this is required when you change receivers. _________________ Lutz

Basically you need a universal gps patch for TTM which I have and a mmc card reader so you can overrite some files,,,
Phone is Nokia 6600
MMC is 256mb
Gps is Leadtec LR9537
I am open to offers for a complete backup of my MMC card

My understanding is that the latest update to TomTom Mobile, which adds Traffic, includes more universal GPS support - but I'm not sure whether that's for Series 60, SmartPhone, or both.
I must discourage offers for a "backup" of the entire MMC - it's too easy for such an offer to turn into piracy even if that's not what's intended.

SPEEDYSQUIRES,
Does TomTom mobile still work for you with the original TomTom Bluetooth GPS you received when you bought it, or is it just with the Leadtek that it doesnt work? _________________ Mike Barrett |

Should work with both. After all the TT BT receiver is just a rebadged Leadtek. _________________ Lutz

Re-badged Yes but the TT BT GPS presents a different device name to the software. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Dear Folks
I have two Nokia 6600s and want to be able to use TTM - DO I have to buy TWO copies or can I buy another BT GPS?
Having read this thread I see that there is a "universla GPS patch" where can I get this?
Regards

Almost certainly the licence agreement requires you to buy two TomTom Mobile packages - at which point your other question becomes redundant.
Certainly the licence agreement for TomTom Navigator 3 on the Pocket PC would require you to buy two complete software packages.
