Safety camera downloads

I have recently purchased a 635 and in general its OK. Although I think for the price they should be better than OK! Some of our local postcodes aren't even listed and I don't live in "the sticks"!

I also think an external antenae should be standard with the kit.

Main problem.
Ok I am not a computer genius but every time I try and download the Safety Camera database from via Navman or Pocket GPS World, all I end up with are thumb nails. Where am I going wrong. Is it my own software? Or am I just a diddy!? (No need to answer that. My missus has already informed me of her opinion)


Any advice?
