US maps upgrade- no streets when downloaded to phone

Hi, I recently got the US maps upgrade for my UK-bought copilot smartphone (orange upgrade and copilot upgrades applied) and whilst I can now download the maps to the phone. The coastline and POI information work fine but the streets themselves are not being displayed on the smartphone, not are they searchable.

Any ideas?

Just to say this was fixed by re-registering the program with ALK, dont know why it happened but had recently upgraded the C500 rom, Copilot, and applied the USA maps so one of those :^)

the maps for your phone what software are you on at the monent for copilot got to www.alk.eu or for the usa www.alk.com
