BT GPS and BT dongle failure

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4600, a Belkin BT dongle (F8T003) and a Globalsat GPS Receiver.

My Globalsat GPS receiver works well with my Nokia 6600 and route66.
Now i have bought Alturion software for my laptop so i could check if it was better then a small window of a Nokia 6600.

So i installed Alturion on my laptop (800Mhz, 256mb ram) and ofcourse the Belkin dongle.
I checked to see if my BT dongle saw my Nokia6600, and yes, it did.
So now i checked to see if my dongle saw my GPS receiver, but he cannot find it.

Whatever i try, the GPS receiver cannot connect to my BT dongle. So i checked with my Nokia6600 to see if it saw my GPS receiver, and it did.

Why can't my BT dongle connect to my GPS receiver? Does anyone know that? Is there some kind of way to ashure that they see each other?

Or is it my dongle wich doesn't support the communication between each other?

What BlueTooth software are you using with your Dongle? You may need to explicitly enable the SPP (Serial Port Porfile) to discover the services of the receiver.
