Have bought the Medion from Aldi, like a lot of others it seems, and am geting used to using it.
Have down loaded POI Warner and the Speed Camera database, and managed to load it, which would not have been possible without the contributors to this forum.
So many thanks to all who have posted.
My question is, while driving locally can I have the POI warnings active, and position shown on map (without voice directions) without actually plotting a route?

Just click "show map" from the main menu and it'll then work as a moving map as you drive around and the POI will show. |

Saw POI-Warner (for speed cameras) on this site and it says it's written for Tom Tom. Does it run with the Medion Navigator software on the 95000?
If so, you mentioned that you had some problems installing, could you point me to the thread that helped, or post instructions to this thread?
Also, how to uninstall the Medion Navigator software? The button is greyed out in ActiveSync's Add/Remove programs.

The Web site i used is below, realy helpful.
POI Warner does work with the medion 95000 no problem.
To remove the software, in Active Sync,Tools/AddRemove Software/
You have got the Medion switched on?
