Constant green AND constant Blue light on?

Hello everybody:

After reading the whole Emtac section on this site and reading a lot of 'green light problems' I have a different kind that looks the same.
After a ride with all working normal, I turned the receiver on for the way back. Now there were no flashing lights but instead a steady green AND blue led. Also my PDA (Dell X-30) won't detect anything at all.
I am trying now to drain it all the way without opening the unit but waiting for 2 weeks to completely drain it is a long time.
Does anyone have other suggestions without opening it?
Are there more people with a constant BLUE led on?
