Hi guys & Gals
Silly of me not to charge my PDA and found it had lost all data, I have had to reinstall all software, so far TomTom 3 is causing me so much headache.
I have installed the program to my PDA without any problems on running the program I was requested to gtoto www.ttcode.com and enter my serial number which I did. It registered success and gave me an activation code to enter into my PDA, upon entering this code the following msg is displayed:
"The Program is now activated!. I have an OK button which I click, then I get the following msg:
"The activation code you entered is not valid for Great_Britain."
I am at a loss, I have tried and searched in vain MyTomTom for the support email address or phone number but cannot find it.
Please please can anyone help, I have a drive from Munich to Southampton on Sunday and am desprate for this bloody thing to work.
Many thanks.

First thing I'd personally try is hard re-setting it again AND deleting all the great britain map folder from the SD card, something in the map folder may have become corrupt? |

I've had that once - I accidently used the product code of a German copy of TomTom rather than the GB version. |

I had this on my Palm. Changing from miles to km solved it! _________________ Everywhere and nowhere
