mio 186 and street / postcode search

Hi, I have a recently purchased Mio 188 with Mio Map mapping.
Theres loads of street names come up as the moving map is moving along, but I cant find all of them in the street listings search.
Also, I see there is postcode information when read off the map picture, but again I cant sem to search by postcode, is this as it should be please?, ie the street name searches appearing incomplete compared with the map vIew and an inability to search by postcode.

While I am on, is there any particular advantage in running pocket 5 as opposed to version 4.2 version.
