|
|
In the near future I am looking to upgrade from the standard 128MB SD card to one that can hold all of the European Maps on one SD card as having all of the European Maps on separate or two to three cards as I will end up losing a card or two, so having all of the maps on one SD card will be ideal.
I've found this card which is a 2GB, I presume this card is the correct type to use on a TT Go not sure if the brand of card is any good.
Looking at the Maps of Europe by my estimates they will total 1664MB in size. When calculating the size I notice that each map has Major Roads of Europe so can anyone tell me the size of this file as I presume I am right in thinking? that I won't need to keep installing this file each time I install another countries map to the same SD card.
Any help or view will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. |

I will be very interested to find out how things work out with the 2Gb card. Sandisk have taken a lot of critisism for their other (normal) SD cards. I am currently trying to complile a comparative test of memory cards, but so far Sandisk have not been forthcoming in providing review samples. _________________ Mike Barrett |
