Navigon GPS mouse

Hello,
Could you use Navigon GPS+BT+TMC mouse with any other software on Ipaq 2210.Could you switch beetwwen them why driving , for example Navigigon perfectly covers west Evrope but almost none of east and Russia where some other producers are already present with maps.(navtronics for example)

Yes, you can use it with other software - but the TMC part will be unused then.
