medion 41800 and TT3

Iam looking for some advice on instaling and getting working TT3 on my medion 41800
I have installed TT3 on the medion without ay problem but it will not pick up any satellite also installed is winfast navigator, Winfast works no problem and gives a perfect satellite fix. I have read a Posting on the forum with settings etc but this is for a medion 40600 and i have seen this work perfectely with TT3.
Both the medions 41800 and 40600 work perfect with the software Navteq that came with the ppc's
So i think that there must be some difference in the setting to get TT3 working on the medion 41800.

any help would be apreciated

looks like we have the problem sorted..after investigation have found the gps receiver at fault
