Hi there

I'm just trying to get in to the world of GPS, and am having difficulty at the moment.

I have the following:

Dell Axim X5
Tom Tom Navigator 3 (installed)
TFAC BT-30 Bluetooth GPS Receiver (OEM Rikealine 6030 unit)

One valuable part missing though - no bluetooth on the Axim!

So, what I am after is a card. I've looked at the Dell TrueMobile 300, but apparently this doesn't support GPS.

So, I've been told to look at a Bluetake BT100S, or an Ambicom Bluetooth CF Card for Pocket PC BT2000.

I'm starting to get a bit confused now. Can someone please recommend me something that would get me up and running (sooner the better as I am desperate to use this) please. Any experience with the above cards.

Anything to get me working will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like the TrueMobile 300 may work after all...

But eventually you can use any BT CF card that supports the SPP (serial port profile)

Thanks!

I did read this somewhere else just a moment too. However, I have also read mixed reactions to this fix Sad

I just want something that I can plug in and it will work.

Actually thinking of selling the whole lot and getting something with bluetooth built in.

A whole day of searching the web for a solution and I don't really have much to go on. Selling, and buying new would solve that with no messing about.
