Best/most accurate speed camera warner for UK???

I have Checkpoint 3.2 and POISync but I find most databases seem to be calibrated in KMs.. I would like to be warned of upcoming cameras and also get the right warning about my speed. Currently I have it set to 30 but obviously in a 50 or 70 limit I dont need to be warned that my speed is too high. Anyone got any suggestions. Also if I subscribe to dowload the camera locations on POISync - are they calibrated in mph and are they more up to date than Tom Tom.

POI Handler holds a number of Speed Camera Databases that are broken down by MPH. Have a look at the Weblink in my signature for more info.
