Anyone had any experience with tomtom support? My TTG is faulty (no sound for 80% of the time) so I emailed support (as a registered user).
A week has passed and not a squeak out of them. Not very good IMO.
Is this normal? |

Yup - perfectly normal. I've often found the words "TomTom Support" to be an oxymoron.
They will reply eventually. I suggest that you take it up with the retailer you purchased the unit from, as it's their responsibility really. |

I didn't get any replies to emails, but once the problem was entered on their web site the was a reply in a couple of days.
A totaly useless reply, but at least a contact was made. |

I haven't emailed them, just put the "question" on the website. More than a week now, and no answer to a second question along the lines of "where's the response from my first question?"....
I think it's fair to say that, from tomtom, there is NO support. |

Maybe they are having to sort out all the useless emails they get and when they get to yours they might get an answer to you.
I wouldn't be surprised if people emailed TomTom with the most ridiculous of questions. |
