Can someone tell me if the Tomtom Navigator 3 works for laptops?
I haven't seen any reference at all in the software?
(If not Tomtom, then what software does work with laptops?)

Autoroute? I never knew you could hook it up with a GPS receiver?

yes you can but it will only show your postion on the screen it same as route66 so theres no autoreoute or voice instuctions

Yep, I know someone who uses it, just checked Help file in Autoroute 2002.....

i knew they were useful for somethin them women
runnin for the bunker cause ill probbly get hammer for that
2002 only updates at i think 4-5 seconds where as 2004 im told udates at 1 sec as route 66 or 666 as iseams to call it

There's a tiny chance it might run in the PC2002 emulator that Microsoft provides for developers to use when developing & debugging pocket PC apps. |

Infomap navigator works with laptops, and has voice control.

You will need a GPS receiver total cost about £100.
I'm selling mine for £70

Very low price considering the price of other makes like Copilot?

Well it does what it says and gets you from A to B.
it also seems up to date. |

I got it all working on my laptop for european trips. The voice is from AGPS......http://www.techgt.com/agps/
just have a look, it works for me.....and all I had to buy was the GPS(converted from my psion 5mx TomTom for serial connection to Dell laptop)
