I have just bought a Navman 4420 for pocket PC. I am running ROM version 1.72.00WWE, radio version 1.17.00 on an XDA II. I think I can bond the XDA with my GPS ONE receiver, (it has accepted NAVMAN passkey, once I installed the patch) but I am not clear on how to set up the COM port. The bluetooth light on the GPS continues to double flash, suggesting it has not bonded. please help!! |

The instruction manual is wrong - it states that the BT will flash once to show it's paired, then go on to set up the COM port on the app & do a GPS fix. It actually double flashes, then set up the port and it single flashes, then do a fix! Confused? I have been all day! |

as its a new reciver try leaveing it on with a clear veiw of the sky say in the car or on a window sill (thought doubleglazing is heatreflective glass)
for around 30-45 minutes switch on then try and pair it again when pairing it you will be asked if you want to create a serial port at this point select yes. ifyou still have no look then download pocket bluetooth tools from the link and try the process againhttp://www.bluetooth.jazztel.es/ _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone.
