Best bluetooth receiver for car hardwiring

Hi,
I've decided it's time to upgrade my CF GPS system and I was hoping to get hold of the old style tomtom bluetooth kit with the cradle and hardwiring so it comes on with the ignition, but as I don't seem to be able to get hold of one of these, is there any others that would work without having to switch them on and off each time you stop and start the car.

Incidentially the TomTom BT GPS does NOT come on with the ignition - you still need to press the button.

Select any BT GPS that has a replaceable battery (so you can actually remove it) and a good old hardware on/off switch.

I am using a Deluo Blackbox since over a year (with an antenna extender). Best solution if you want a worry-free installation.
