TOMTOM 3 problems application error

been trying to put ukpostcodes in & having loads of problems in doing so.

just tried to start tomtom up and get application tomtom navigator.exe has performed an illegal operation up.

exception: 0xc0000005
address: 00023768

is it knackered now? and do i have to do a reinstallation?
if so how do i reinstal?

cant see anywhere to unistal it?
