help with euro maps

i have tried to instal a map of spain onto my setup (toshiba and sd/cf cards) but i get the message when i run setup "your pc does not support the devices...blah blah) and setup ends
has anyone got a newbie guide where and how to drop thefiles as ive tried this to no avail tomtom says no other maps installed and im off to spain on saturday

if you have a card reader on your PC then the setup should recognize that and be able to install the maps dircetly to the memory card in the reader.
