Got a T3 and TTN which has been working fine until this morning. The bluetooth receiver is fine and the palm itself is fine but when I plugged it into the cradle to charge it nothing. The green light on the mount didn't come on.
I've checked my phone charger in the cigarette lighter and that works fine so the socket isn't shorted. Is it more likely to be the charger or the actual mount? Is there anyway to test it, alternativly can they be bought still, had a quick look and no joy.
Cheers! |

hmm, i've tried cleaning the contacts that i can get at and still nout.
does the palm have to be in the mount or should it be lit just with the charger plugged in? i really don't want to have to buy a generic mount, if i can't get this going i'd like another tomtom one.
anyone else have any ideas at all? |

When you put it in the "hot-sync" cradle, does charge OK? |

The green light on the mount should come on as soon as you plug it in - it doesn't need the T3 in it. |

the t3 chargers fine in the cradle and i'm not getting a green light when i plug it in. is it more likely to be the charger rather than the cradle?
if not does anyone have tomtom uk's customer service number and i may have to get them to fix it. |
