Garmiin Drive 53

I have got a Drive 53 after using a Nuvi 1310 and as back up Street Pilot!! ( I kid you not).
My problem is the loaded cameras to card or unit dont show as I think they should. Alerts are pretty poor etc.
Also you can't set the cameras as a destination as you can with the other older units.
Am I missing something in the load up or does the 53 load differently?
Any help or pointers will be much appreciated.

As long as you use POIloader with all 3 matching files in place, CSV, BMP and WAV then they should show when on the move when you get within range

To test you can perform a simulated journey via a place you know there is a camera
