Iphone 6 ios 12.5 large white box * ios 11 update* onscreen

Hi,

Installed on spare phone.Working, but with a large white square with “ iOS update “ blocks most of screen.
Cam alert ver 2.0.7 (921-170720)

Anyone have any ideas please?

Oh, hang on! Does it say 'iOS11 Update' ?

If so then that's the 'Show tips on startup' and should only show once. If you tap the white box (or outside it) then it should close. It should also only show once?

I looked in menu but did not think to try selecting the box itself!
