As you're probably aware, you can still buy them, but they're stupidly expensive.
IIRC, the 660 can be powered via its USB port, but the mini-usb plug has to have pins 4+5 shorted together. Such a car charger is available, but they're not cheap either.
If you can find a used one of those, (or a 3rd party one) along with a 3rd party, generic holder, you might be back in business.
(The original 660 car adaptor appears to be the 12V 'passthru' variety, that originally shipped with the Streetpilot!)
