Refund of ViaMichelin update subscription

I received notification from my bank that the payment had been initiated on 18th August and payment made.

Just found a £76 transfer into my bank.. Can only assume it's my VM refund as I'm not expecting anything else.

Just got back from holiday and despite replying to their letter by return still no refund

FINALLY

After seeing nothing further, I sent a sharp(ish) e-mail to VM customer services and was once again requested to supply all my details.

This morning the refund has eventually appeared in my account.

At least with the Euro having strengthened I have probably got more back than I originally paid
