I think with those last two words, you've unwittingly hit the nail on the head, xtraseller! Other than clear mapping and detailed vocal directions (both of which I wholeheartedly agree with you on), the NavMan range indeed has "little else" to commend it. I definitely would not agree with you that the units are "plain and simple click click and you are there" - an awful lot of the ergonomics are terribly badly thought through on these units.
