Hmm - Yes they finally did the right thing by me but only after months and months of serious complaining.

If they had done it straightaway I would have been impressed by the free repair out of warranty but the months of pestering required takes the shine off!

I think it all comes down the individual support person. Previous requests have been fobbed off in an attempt to quickly close the issue but this person (Nichole) saw it through from start to finish.

Another (finally) happy ending!

I had SIMcard error 107 on a GO 940 and it was sent to Scotland BUT came back with SIMcard error 10. Sent back there AGAIN and it came back STILL with same error code 10.
Then it was sent to Holland who have now sent me a refurbed 940 so I'm FINALLY a happy bunny....but, what a palaver!
