Yes... Don't forget to un-zip it though.
Try to ignore the confusion of the names. What downloads is a zip archive file. INSIDE that archive is a FOLDER called "zip". It's that folder (and the four files inside) that need to go onto the TomTom.
So to un-zip the download archive file, right click on it and select "Extract all". Then copy the resulting FOLDER("zip") to the TomTom, NOT the original zip.zip.

No. You can totally ignore that. It was just an alternative method to get hold of the data.

That would be coming from the old data. The new codes embedded in the map are ONLY used by the new NAV3 TomToms. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Seems i have had the same problem with ONE 3rd Edition after updating to
App. 8.562
UK Map v885.4009
My problem was solved by creating a ZIP folder and moving the files
Great_BritainPostal.ver
&
Great_Britain.postal
into the new folder
Ta-daa! |
