Right - I don't suppose you can read all the stuff about C:\bah di blah di blah. And anyway, I'm a bit scared to try running you through how to do them. So let's get rid of them and start all over again.

Click on the first of those files so that it's highlighted.
Then top menu click on Edit and in the drop down window click on Select all and they'll ALL become highlighted. Now press your Del (or Delete key) and watch them disappear off the face of the earth. Yeee Haaaah!!

It is now getting close to my cocoa and bed time - I'm a fat old man, so at this stage, I will remind you that Mike has previously given you the info and link on how to download the right stuff - so I'll be VERY brief here, just as a reminder.
Go to the camera download by clicking here.
Click the down arrow for "Select from below" and click on TomTomOV2.
Click on Continue, then click the down arrow for "Select from below" and click on "UK Speed Zoned Complete (24 files)" then click on "Download"

That'll get you the "zip" file again.

Then read the notes about unzipping, then copying into the "Timbuctoo" map folder Laughing on your Tom Tom.

I'm off to bed - awfully sorry, but my partner is supposed to be fast asleep next room with all my happy clicking the keyboard!!

Perhaps Mike may come in again now, but he may also be rat-arsed by now. I shall be back here very early tomorrow morning to see how you are getting on and will happily take up where we've left off tonight if needed. If you tell me you live in Keynsham after all this bloody typing, make sure you don't give me your address where I could have called round and dealt with this in half the time!! Seriously though, if your profile (which can be amended by clicking on Profile at top of this page) actually said where you live, I've known smarty pantses who'd offer to call round local to you to make it like easy peasy.

A couple more notes:-
1. Before closing down and disconnecting your device, remember to click the My Device button in TT Home to be able to disconnect.

2. Remember the cameras (POIs) will need to be Enabled (Enable POIs) then also Manage POIs, ... Warn when near.

FINALLY. DO NOT GIVE UP. It's really dead easy once you know how and this time next week you'll be smacking your own face - I and a zillion others were like you a long time ago and we will willingly help.
Finally, finally, try to resist the temptation to add too many further remarks before you hear back (from me or anybody) - it can mean we get at cross purposes!

I'll sit here for a few moments in case you need to instantly wish me sweet dreams. Thumbs Up

Morning.
You have to do the downloading whilst I sit back and worry.
Look back up there, scribble the salient points down and Go for it.
Remember, STOP and shout me if you get up the creek.

You have to get them into the TomTom.

Connect the device and switch it on. TT Home should start, but we don't want to use that, so when it starts, let it finish, then minimise it and start Windows Explorer.

Then you have to go to the folder where the downloaded zip file is. (This is difficult for me 'cos I don't know which folder it was downloaded to??) Click on the folder to see if you've now got something like 35 or so files called pocketgps_uk_ blah-di-blah. (there will be others too)???

Sorry - these are now called Files, not folders (Folders are where you store files - Why didn't they decide to call them cabinets or baskets instead of folders??)

You've got 3 files that we don't want (don't tell pgpsw - bit like sacrilege!) :-
Click on file called release.txt to highlight it, then hit your Del or Delete key to get shot of it.
Do the same with Licence.txt and _Need_Help.htm

To find a couple more you don't want (they are some sort of test data, not actual cameras) :-

Click on the title Name to sort them into alphabetical order - first one should be pocketgps_uk_gatso_20.bmp. If it isn't the first, click Name again to reshuffle them tro get that one first.

Now Click to highlight the following FOUR then Delete key those also :-
pocketgps_mobile_var.bmp
pocketgps_mobile_var.ov2
pocketgps_pmobile_var.bmp
pocketgps_pmobile_var.ov2

Not long now (if the smell of bacon is anything to go by).
