Use POIConverter to convert this file (unzip it first 8) ) to Tomtom .asc format, thn import it in the usual way.

Tim thanks mate, not only did i get the low bridges the poi converter site (poihandler.com) had loads of other info regarding caravan site etc. again thank you tim is the greatest tim is the greatest
