Make sure you ask for an extension of your live services as compensation for not being able to use it. When I had to go through 3 replacement 950s due to live issues they said they would give me an extra 3 months. They made a mistake and gave me an extra 3 years Cool

I would do if they hadn't already previously extended my services by 1 year accidentally. 2yrs for 1 when I first activated it. I'm not too keen on drawing any attention this!
