I just went through my emails and found an activation code from July 1st 2010, tried that one and Telmap activated, I hope I won't have the same issue when July 2011 get here. |

I have reinstalled.. and tried to re-enter both my old, and a newly re-registered code. all say problem logging in. if I enter a false code, it says invalid code. so there is a connection to the server |
hi,
i was having the same problem as you...i reinstalled about 5 times and nothing worked.
what you need to do is DELETE the current installation, reset your device, and then reinstall from www.telmap.com/tmug .
this did the trick for me on a bb9700 running os6.
hope this helps |

Thanks shawaj, but that hasn't worked for me. On at least two occasions, I've deleted the application, rebooted, and reinstalled it. It's just not accepting the code that worked before. Is anyone else out there still having problems? |

So will this issue be resolved for those living in Canada & the US, or are we just plain out of luck? |

Yes,
Unfortunately we are currently not registering or renewing users from the US or Canada right now. Our focus is EMEA and APAC.
Tks
