Update on my 'repair' for handsfree problems

Surprise, surprise, TT came back to me today.

They are now trying to go back on their agreement to replace my device as I didn't send the 920 back to Scotland in February to fix the 8.301 stuttering issues, despite demonstrating to them that x40 Navcore with TTS7 or TT WORK Navcore didn't stutter. And the fact that they released 8.302 to fix stuttering issues and this is documented on www.tomtom.com/6141

I am now at my wits end with this bunch of idiots and will be taking matters significantly further if they do not honour their agreement with me.
