Seeking advice - PDA with GPS

Thanks for your help aj - problem now solved. It was nothing to do with MM at all. It was the GPS setting. Seems, either from the factory or through my floundering around, that the settings were SiRF and MM uses NMEA. Seems no way to change that within MM and nothing bundled with the Asus allows that to be changed. I got a copy of SiRF Demo and did a bit more floundering. Finally, found three places which I changed and saved and now it works. Went for a walk around the block to celebrate :-))

Mobile centre/vista seems to be a never ending problem, perhaps expecting too muxch by trying to sync 2 PDAs with with a desktop and two lappys, anyway glad you sorted but what three settings did you alter maybe resolve my slow gps pickup, and what is your initial opinion on the Asus.
