Not really. The functionality is only there in the Operate My Go emulator, not the unit itself. So you still need TTHome and an internet connection. |

Oh, I guess I misunderstood, and assumed that you could then download the forecast to the TomTom for future reference.
I guess I have to agree with Darren then - this is rather useless. Thanks for pointing it out anyway; maybe someone will think of a reason for it. |

I'm glad someone has corrected me and explained the reasons in plain English. In future I will stick with my TTG 500 and TTG 520 comments... (Grandads are like this)
P.S. I have always been able to get the weather on my TTG 500 when connected to TTH and not logged in. |
