Thanks for that, it worked. Had a little panic though. The first time I did it the device switched on ok, but seemed to get stuck at the "hands logo" screen. So I removed the SD Card and put it into my PC, at which point I realised that in my hurry I had not taken a copy of the old one.
I had a thought that if I just deleted the one I had just copied then the unit may re-create a new one. I did this and this time after about 30 secs or so at the hands screen it started up. Knowing that I could get it back to this state I decided to copy the file again. This time when it got "Stuck" at the hands screen I left it, about 2 or 3 mins later I looked and it had started up. I have since switched it of and on a number of times, and it now seems to start up ok (and my favorites are there).
Thanks for your replies Dennis and Andy. And if you hadn't have said anything I would have probably never noticed that you hadn't put the S in upper case.

I don't do "late shift", I do "ALL shift".
Up at 7, at work for 9, usually home by 7.30-8. Fall asleep on sofa at 9, wake up with the paper over my head at 12. Play on computer 'til 3 or 4, go to bed and read for half an hour or so... and repeat!
