Did lots of stuff with TT support (who were very good) formats and such forth, upshot is needed another replacement, hopefully the last one!

I can only suggest that you take this TomTom back to the shop you purchased it from, with your receipt and ask for another exchange. If you can send me a copy of the exchange receipt along with the new device code when you get it I can arrange to have the device code updated on your account.

When you have exchanged your TomTom please immediately make a manual backup of the device before doing anything. That way, we always have that data that we can revert back to, should you experience any future issues.
