Help! How do I remove the proclip from my VW Golf???

Andy you seem to have missed the point, I object to paying £15 for a piece of ABS Plastic which costs pence to make, this part really should come with the mount, not as an optional extra.

I am disappointed to say the least about the proclip, I think I'll be going back to the standard TT windscreen mount and put the proclip down to an expensive waste of money (£42) down the drain!

I'm with you Wazza. Got a mount for my Porsche Boxter and was very disappointed with it (The mount that is). The thing stuck out a mile, was ugly, too far away and wouldn't allow me to turn the unit to the right angle. I eventually removed it and reverted to the windscreen suction mount which allows the unit to sit on the top of the dash and does not rattle around.
