Ebay will no doubt ban any items that are illegal - after a time, and provided they can spot them! - but there are plenty of items such as the Road Angel and Snooper available from UK sources at present. And although they don't appear to allow adverts for the discredited Photoblocker, they allow indirect links to shops selling it.

I might be wrong, but I believe it is a case of not being illegal to sell the item, but illegal to use it.

They're not illegal 'yet'. Whether we will be left in the ridiculous position as we were some years ago where you could legally buy and possess but not operate a radar detector or AM CB radio remains to be seen.
If they do become unlawful to use then it should become unlawful to sell and unlawful to possess otherwise the law is pointless and will rarely be enforced. _________________ Darren Griffin

I think that being for sale, but at the same time illegal to use is the most likely event.
The only thing to cut the sales back would be supply and demand, with fewer sales the manufacturers might cut back in making them.
Just look at knives, all this talk of banning and you can purchase one just about anywhere, there is a shop 500 yards from where i'm sitting now where they sell swords and long 'Jap' knives as well as a full range of commando knives. _________________ TomTom Go 60
