That's exactly the problem - you won't get "thousands of names" because these are isolated incidents when TT Customer Support seem to go spectacularly wrong. |

Which is exactly my point, there have been enough ‘isolated incidents’ reported not only on this forum but others as well, to justify the action suggested in my previous reply. |

:-) what, thousands of them? OK, let's do a deal - you'll collect the list of names, contact information, DER numbers and what actually happened and I promise you to pass this information directly to the General Manager (Support) of TomTom. |

Sitting on hands is tantamount to getting the service you deserve.
A considered combined approach - when deserved – does more to resolve a matter than single piecemeal attempts have ever done, whatever the cause! |

Yet another unhappy TomTom customer (me). Had a problem tried to sort it with customer service via e-mail. Just got replies that showed that they hadn't even read the e-mail. Sent letter to TomTom just got nowhere.
So this is my 1st and last TomTom unit.
I've also got a Garmin their service is great, guess who will get my business next time! |

Yes, Garmin's CS seem to be much more consistent than TT's. What sort of problem did you have? |

Well progress of sorts, an acceptance that there is a difference between the service of Tom Tom and a similar corporation.
And yes, it would not be the first time I have collected ‘lists of names, contact information’ etc, etc. whether it’s Tom Tom or Cystic Fibrosis the underlying principle is the same. To get something done these days takes courage and a lot of people! |

Errr.... Yes, and your point is what exactly? That TT should be able to provide a better service? I don't think that there can be any argument about that. And the way MrBungle is being treated is an absolute disgrace.
Now, can we see these "thousands of unhappy customers" please? |

Yes, I think half of them have already passed through your hands on this particular forum over the last 12-18 months! |

You wouldn't be working as a special adviser to the government or our glorious labour party by any chance? Do you actually understand the difference between facts and fiction? |
