tried it, but it didn't see the map. also tried several different SD and MMC cards.
Frustrating isn't it?! |

Hi Mike
tried it and it strangely didn't work.
I remember the last time I had it installed it was in a folder called UK_and_IE...etc. but I've read a lot of messages telling me to put it in the root directory of the SD card.
I'm wondering if I've got a file missing. I also did the thing with the creating a CurrentMap.dat file as someone else suggested. It didn't work.
I'm running out of ideas! |

Hi Mike
tried it again this morning and it worked! This is so confusing, I spent a whole day trying to get it to work, and now it works.
Thank you for your suggestions.
I am still confused as to which folder to put the map into. My solution was to add it to both the root directory of the SD card and also create a folder and put it in there too. I don't know which one the software is seeing but as the card's a 2GB I'm not short of space so I don't care as long as it works!
Thanks again

Wendy, Where have you got this software from? - there shouldn't be any doubt as to folder names or locations the installer should sort all this out for you - Mike |
