VR 6.14 locks on TT300 Splash Screen

Hi, am using a kingston sd 1gb card and no problems with it until download. still have 850mb free

tt support now will not support me as I have a 1gb card and the warranty only covers their own supplied card with the unit. do they want me to use and promote their product or not. it seems incredible that the kingston (well respected make) card seems to mess up tt software??
anybody else help me out?

I went back to basics and tried as suggessted by tt support my original sd card. well blow me if the card does not have enough space on it to take the update. so here is my response to tt support. i eagerly await a response!:

After speaking to tt support , my data card bought separetly from the original card from tt is not supported under warranty. I now tried my orginal data card in my ttg300 and could not download the update because the data card is not big enough!! So i need an answer from tt urgently, if i cannot download the software upgrade because the card from tt is not big enough and you won't support another sd card under warranty, how can you provide customer support in this area? Can you not provide me with a bigger data card?
