Sahra, you have the GB map installed in a folder on the SD card, this map works from what you have said.

Where have you put the purchased map of portugal, these files that you have installed should reside in their own folder which will be named after the country, I only have the Iberia map to go off.

I am also slightly confused by the contents of the pna file, this appears to be for a London map, can you find another pna file in the same folder per chance that is either Iberia or possibly portugal?

What is the file size you have downloaded as this will also give us a clue as to what is going on with your problem, very sorry for a load more questions on this subject but without additional information it is difficult to see the problem - Mike
