What is the latest version of TomTom and Map?

Hi there.

I have just upgraded the version of Navigator software on my pocketpc but i inoticed the 'Great_Britain_Map' version is still v562.

How do you get the latest map update??

The application is free to download and install/ use, as you have found out. The maps are different though, they have to be purchased have a look at http://www.tomtom.com/plus/services/mds.php the only bug bear is the site doesn't tell you the issue of the map you are about to download - Mike

I take it that means that everytime an update of a map occurs you have to pay for it. 8O

Do all the Navigation provider companies do the same thing?

Pretty crappy that you have to pay £44 to have an extra few new roads and fixes to 1-way streets etc..
