while it does get annoying when new people ask the same questions over and over again i think we need to be a bit nicer in how we respond to them.
maybe more along the lines of: "hi, welcome to the forum, if you have a look at the sticky's at the top of the forum it will tell you that you need to...."
that way they get the answer they were looking for, learn that there are stickies and faq's and also get a more pleasant experience of PGPSW at the same time. bonus, eh?

They don't though, it's the first time they've asked it. :P
It would probably help new members if instead of asking them to look at the 'stickies', we could copy and paste the link. 8)

nah, maybe there's a new keyboard you should buy me ;) this one sucks, the space bar has a habit of only working if you press the left-hand side of it... |
