Can confirm that if you load TTN5,21 on the XDA Mini S then it does work, when configuring the Bluetooth com ports select "New Outgoing" and set it to COM7 , In TomTom use "Other Bluetooth GPS" and select Com7 from the list of avail ports, if this still fails to install correctly try deleting the old version of TomTom off the device and re-load vs5,21, could e-mail you a Word document later showing the set-up procedure if you want? - Mike

Ummm if it's any help my problem was very similar and was easily solved - although somewhat nonsensically by TomTom themselves..
Instead of selecting "Other Bluetooth Receiver" select "Other Wired Receiver" and then whatever port (I think mine was port eight 8) and the darned thing ran straight away.
Now why didn't I think of using that setting with my Fortuna Bluetooth? *Slaps forehead*
Steve
Edit once Mike Alder to correct the port number, with a text based value as numeric 8 followed by ) causes this to occur 8)
